Goldenseal is useful in eliminating the bacteria that leads to inflammation, gastritis and ulcers.
Make sure you drink plenty of water – eight glasses a day.
Marshmallow also eliminates indigestion and nausea.
Pineapples and papaya seeds help with the digestive system, being rich in enzymes. Eat them slightly ripe.
